Shipping Policy

Class Parfum fragrances are made in our own factory in Shenzhen, China. We fulfill U.S. orders from our Kansas warehouse and can arrange international, wholesale, private-label and custom shipments from our Shenzhen factory. This policy explains our current processing, shipping charges and delivery practices.

Order processing

In-stock U.S. orders normally ship from our Kansas warehouse within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Large wholesale orders may require additional preparation time. We will communicate any extended lead time before shipment.

Shipping method and charges

Orders ship by USPS Ground from Kansas within the United States. Shipping is calculated by bottle size and applied automatically at checkout.

100ml: first bottle $6.00, each additional 100ml bottle +$4.00.
500ml: first bottle $10.50, each additional 500ml bottle +$7.50.
1000ml: first bottle $12.50, each additional 1000ml bottle +$10.00.
When an order mixes sizes, the largest size sets the first-bottle rate; every other bottle uses its own size’s additional-bottle rate.

Alcohol-based fragrance products must use eligible transportation services. U.S. orders currently ship by ground. International shipping may be available from our Shenzhen factory depending on the destination, product quantity, carrier restrictions and dangerous-goods requirements. Contact us for a shipping quotation before placing an international or custom-production order.

International and factory-direct shipping

International orders may ship from our Shenzhen, China factory.
Available methods, minimum quantities, documents, transit time and cost vary by destination.
Custom fragrance projects and orders selected from our library of 3,000+ scent profiles may require a confirmed production lead time.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination-country requirements are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Fragrance oil shipped from China

Fragrance oils from our fragrance oil catalog ship from China directly to U.S. addresses. They ship separately from U.S. stock perfume. Order fragrance oil online from our fragrance oil catalog; oil shipping is calculated and applied automatically at checkout.

Shipping: 10ml: $15.00 for the first bottle, +$5.00 per additional bottle. 1000ml: $25.00 for the first bottle, +$20.00 per additional bottle. When mixing oil sizes, the largest size sets the first-bottle rate; every remaining bottle uses its size’s additional rate. In an order that also includes U.S. stock perfume, the U.S. and China shipping fees are charged separately.
Processing: 10ml fragrance oil is prepared and dispatched within 5 days; 1000ml within 7 days after payment is confirmed. Orders containing both oil sizes use the 7-day preparation window.
Delivery: estimated delivery is 8–16 days after dispatch.
Duties: fragrance oil ships DDP. Import duties and taxes are included in the price and shipping, so nothing extra is due on delivery.
Destinations: U.S. addresses only. Up to 100 bottles per order.
Tracking: when your fragrance oil ships, we email the tracking number with a 17TRACK tracking link.
Prices: 10ml fragrance oil $5.00 and 1000ml fragrance oil $180.00 per bottle, plus shipping.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information will be sent after the carrier accepts the package. Fragrance oil shipped from China is tracked on 17TRACK; the tracking email includes the link. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, hazardous-material handling requirements, holidays or other events outside our control.

Address problems and damaged packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect items. Reporting transit damage within 48 hours, when possible, helps us process carrier claims faster. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label.
